We are a technical team within the Product area, focused on the development, integration, and validation of
B2B connectivity solutions. Our work combines the
execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new network functionalities or configurations, the
analysis of network behavior in real-world environments, and the
automation of B2B connectivity solutions. We work directly with clients and technical teams to understand their needs, design the appropriate tests, and
support them throughout the validation and analysis of results. One of the key examples of our projects is
Open Gateway, a GSMA-led initiative that aims to transform telecommunications networks into programmable and open platforms through standardized APIs.
PoCs execution
- We collaborate with product managers, developers, and external partners to identify and explore new ideas and use cases.
- Our team designs and executes PoCs to validate the technical feasibility and business value of these concepts.
- We rapidly develop prototypes that showcase the capabilities of our Telco APIs, providing a tangible demonstration of potential applications.
- We collect feedback from PoC executions to assess performance, identify potential improvements, and refine the overall solution.
Technical analysis in real network environments
- We conduct technical analysis of network behavior under different conditions: limited coverage, congestion, mobility, or changing configurations.
- We work with KPIs such as throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss to evaluate the impact of changes or optimizations.
- We work closely with customers to run field tests, understand context-specific issues, and draw conclusions based on real usage conditions.
Automation of B2B connectivity solutions
- We automate the deployment, configuration, and testing of B2B connectivity solutions, such as SD-WAN environments, private networks, or managed router services.
- We support the development and launch of the development and launch of digital connectivity services, including the necessary automation for the self-provisioning and management of B2B connectivity services .
- This automation enables us to accelerate prototyping and validate end-to-end network services in real customer scenarios.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Related Fields
English level: A proficiency level in English beyond intermediate would be advantageous. Since Open Gateway may have international operations and collaborations with global partners, English is essential for communicating with colleagues and clients from different parts of the world. An intern should be able to participate in meetings in English, understand technical documents, and effectively communicate with the team in English both verbally and in writing.
