The documentation of the technology and the edge will be provided by the Industrial Tutor once the TUTORING begins
This challenge is aimed at students with technical degrees or master's degrees and knowledge of networks
The objective of this challenge is based on explaining how traditional Cloud Computing architectures are evolving towards Edge Computing due to the need to reduce latency, improve efficiency, data sovereignty and process data locally. We will ask questions such as: Why might a traditional data center want to migrate to the Edge? (Efficiency, latency, proximity to data, IoT...)
The following issues will be carried out mainly for the development of the challenge: -Review of the general traditional architecture of cloud computing and benefits
-Review of the general traditional architecture of edge computing and benefits
-Comparison between Cloud and Edge Computing
-Technical requirements for migration (hardware, networks and connectivity, security...)
-Evaluate processes and organizational changes necessary to carry out a successful migration.
