Challenge aimed at students of Service Design, Design Research for the development of their TFG/TFM and who are interested in innovation, and in the processes involved in the work of user experience design (UX).
In the Discovery area of Telefónica Innovación Digital, we are generators of innovation, where we evolve technology, explore new opportunities and reinvent existing ones, seeking to positively impact the lives of people and society.
To this end, one of our objectives is to detect these opportunities in the early stages of the process. The discovery stage is one of the most important moments of the whole process, since we explore, investigate and find key concepts that help us to develop the process.
We focus on this stage and explore different methods, techniques or systems that help to improve the location of these opportunities.
Strategy teams need to imagine and identify new horizons. The project will consist of designing a workflow focused on the initial stage of opportunity exploration, which will allow to detect new trends, hidden markets and new business ideas.
