Optimally managing user research is a constant challenge, maintaining methodological quality, following Telefónica's principles and under an umbrella of technological innovation.
Challenge Description
The challenge was to offer the opportunity to explore ways to improve Design Research Ops, framed in the context of a large company like Telefónica, and applying AI technology to improve processes and the experience of both the user and the researcher.
