Sorry! This challenge has already been assigned to another student.

Subject

Project proposed by a student at the University of Alcalá de Henares for the development of their Master's Thesis - Master's Degree in Science and Technology from Space.

Intro

Space research, supported by scientific and technological aspects, is based on obtaining and analyzing space data to develop models.

Satellites are essential for space research because they provide crucial scientific and technological data through the analysis of information obtained from space.

This data, which can be meteorological, environmental, or planetary observation data, for example, is analyzed to obtain and interpret information, enabling the development of models that improve our understanding of the universe and Earth.

Challenge Description

Satellite technology research
focuses on technologies for communication, Earth observation, and navigation, including the creation of constellations for internet access in remote areas, the use of sensors to monitor natural disasters and the environment, and the implementation of accurate geolocation systems.

These technologies are fundamental to global connectivity, ecosystem monitoring, precision agriculture, and scientific research.

Design of a satellite that functions as a relay point or intermediate station to facilitate communication between other satellites orbiting different planets and collecting data about them.
