Description of the team offering the internship
We are the Service Design team within Product and Strategy, a multidisciplinary group dedicated to the strategic design of digital services and innovative solutions that generate impact on both users and the business. We also integrate Product Management tasks, ensuring that the solutions we design are aligned with business priorities and are viable from a technical and operational point of view. We work on end-to-end projects, from initial research to implementation, collaborating closely with technology, business and customer experience teams.
What will you learn during your internship with us?
The person who joins will have the opportunity to work in both service design and product management, obtaining a complete vision of the development of digital projects. Among your main tasks will be: - User research: Participate in interviews, data analysis and development of customer journeys. - Ideation and conceptualization: Support in the creation of innovative solutions through experience maps, prototypes and collaborative workshops. - Product management: Collaborate in the definition of functional requirements, prioritization of functionalities and coordination with technical teams to ensure product delivery. - Documentation and communication: Prepare key materials such as stakeholder presentations, roadmaps and visual reports. The person will learn to connect user-centered design with the strategic product vision, acquiring key tools and methodologies in both areas. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with daily challenges and high impact projects.
Training and skills you will need to develop this internship
We are looking for someone with curiosity, willingness to learn and passion for digital product design and management. Hard skills: - Background in product and service design, strategic design, UX/UI or related disciplines. - Interest or basic knowledge in product management, such as roadmapping, requirements definition or task prioritization. - Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro or similar. - Ability to analyze data/reports and extract actionable insights. - Fluent level of English (minimum B2). Soft skills: - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse profiles. - Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems autonomously. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with stakeholders. - Interest in user-centered methodologies, such as design thinking and service design, and in the development of digital products. In short, we are looking for someone who combines creativity, strategic thinking and a desire to grow in an environment that blends design and product management.
