In the UX Research area, we are dedicated to: In-depth analysis of user needs, behaviors and motivations. Applying quantitative and qualitative techniques We work on understanding and optimizing integral experiences that go beyond an individual product or service, through Service Design. Create and facilitate co-creation sessions with different stakeholders. All with the objective of developing more intuitive and effective experiences.
What will you learn during your internship with us?
What will your day to day be like? The person selected to join our team as a UX Research Intern will be immersed in real company projects. You will work with experienced professionals, participating in all stages of the user research process. What tasks will you perform? Support in user research with the application of quantitative and qualitative techniques. Process and synthesize the information obtained from the research to identify patterns, insights and opportunities. Assist and create dynamics with interdisciplinary teams to co-create solutions and validate hypotheses. Presentation of results to international and national clients. Use of design tools (Figma) and research tools. What will you learn? Develop skills with diverse UX research methods. Improve your analytical skills Master tools and techniques for data visualization and experience mapping. Work in interdisciplinary collaborative environments Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing user studies and usability testing. How will this contribute to your training? You will work closely with your manager, who will not only guide and train you in the process, but also help you gain autonomy as you advance in the role. Over time, you will have the opportunity to execute tasks as a research professional, developing key skills that will be fundamental to any career in the field of user experience design and product design.
Training and skills you will need to develop this internship
English level: B2/C1 Tools: Figma, UserZoom, and Microsoft Excel. Additional tools: Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, Confluence, Outlook, Office Suite. Techniques: Experience in qualitative or quantitative methods for user research (User Testing, Heuristics, Tree Test, CardSorting, First Click, Interviews...). Additional techniques: Experience in service design (Workshop, Blueprint, Value Proposition Design, Business Model Canva...). Interest in research and design trends (Behavioral Economics, Design Thinking). Skills: Ability to work autonomously and in a team, results-oriented, collaborative and responsible. Proactive in proposing activities and eager to learn and participate in projects within the company. Empathy and active listening.
