Area of development

This challege aims a highly motivated and self-sufficient  student, willing to learn and pay attention to details;
Minimal AI/ML background and proficient in English (spoken and written)

Challenge Intro

This project aims to design novel ML-based advanced persistent threat (APT) detection algorithms. The student will work closely with industry experts from Telefónica on the development of tools and methods to combat APTs.

Challenge Description

The objective of this project is to develop novel ML-based techniques for detecting Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) from system logs. During this project, the student will gain hands-on experience in working with real-world datasets and will acquire technical skills to develop state-of-the-art anomaly detection techniques. In addition, the student will gain experience in graph-based ML, sequence modeling, and advanced graph embedding techniques.

Who is this challenge for you?

Telefónica's Industrial Tutors accompany you in the development of the TFG/TFM, providing their real vision of the industry. They will share their knowledge and experience, offering you feedback so that you can develop a project with an innovative impact.
