Challenge Intro

From the B2B Sales Academy at Telefónica, we work on incorporating the benefits of AI into training for salespeople, and we investigate tools to improve the practice area.

Challenge Description

Given the experience we have from years of training, we want to go a step further with new technologies and the new capabilities that AI offers us. We are developing a practice area so that our sales reps can face challenges as real and as close to their day-to-day life as possible.

We propose to explore the possible integrations of trained Chatbot as a guide for the development of commercial teams in companies, with the objective of achieving commercial excellence, increasing their training experience in practice with “virtual” customers that challenge their commercial development.
