People.
It is the most valuable asset of companies and business structures, we must devote quality time to manage the people who are part of our teams, projects, structures, ..., but what would be the ideal way to properly manage people?
Both managers and employees need to have the same vision, to reflect in an efficient and real way the work being carried out, the difficulties, deadlines, processes and management necessary to achieve the objectives set with the same vision.
The result is greater satisfaction.
Pursuing the greatest satisfaction in the results of people management is the challenge we set ourselves.
To this end, we propose to tackle this project with an initial analysis: innovative, transforming, revolutionary, existing, improved or newly created success stories that respond to and resolve the different needs for the correct management of teams.
A quantitative and qualitative study, offering comparative results of the different solutions and/or proposals, which offer a high differential value and successful results, at the time of application and incorporation in companies of international geographical scope. Incorporating paid and free solutions.
Highlight examples of successful cases and detail the key aspects in the management method of these solutions and their most unique characteristics; identify the requirements and adaptations necessary to adapt these solutions to the different cases of use.
Identify the most efficient models after the analysis and study developed, their most outstanding characteristics and the conclusions of the satisfactory experiences resulting from the incorporation of these solutions applied to the reality of a company.
The final report, reflection and conclusions, and the development of an experimental software prototype, will help us to reflect and identify day-to-day management and gain a closer insight for teams and managers.
