In an increasingly customer service-oriented company, Telefónica is constantly seeking to improve the experience of its users. Our project fits into this dynamic context, offering students the unique opportunity to participate in an in-depth analysis of the data of a company in constant evolution.
This project represents a unique adventure into the world of data analysis and continuous improvement of customer service. In it, you will dive into the vast ocean of data generated by Telefónica to discover and highlight the continuous improvements we make but that often go unnoticed by our customers.
Challenges and Learnings you will encounter in this project:
Deep Data Exploration: You will be the architect in the exploration of a vast dataset, facing the challenge of identifying essential patterns and correlations. This is not just an analysis exercise, but a treasure hunt where every piece of data can be the key to improving the customer experience.
Innovation in Data Presentation: Your creativity will be put to the test as you look for innovative ways to present your results. It's not just about graphs and charts; we will look together at how to create compelling stories with the data that highlight the value and impact of the improvements made.
Real Impact on Business Decisions: Your findings and recommendations will not remain on paper. They will be instrumental in shaping possible future strategies. This is your opportunity to leave a tangible mark on the business world.
Collaboration and Networking: You will meet experienced professionals.
The main purpose will be to obtain a global map of customers, preventive work, corrective work and incidents and repeated complaints.
