Description of the team offering the internship
The Future Networks team aims to explore, test and detect capabilities around new connectivities in 5G+ and 6G networks, enabling the development of new products and business opportunities for Telefónica. We are a multidisciplinary team with a startup mentality that combines technical and research profiles with a high capacity for disruption and implementation of functional solutions. A large part of our activity is developed by participating in European and national projects, where the innovation component is present during the pilots both in the development part and in the integration of new technologies. This contact with the latest trends and solutions allows us to collaborate with different areas of Telefónica when defining the next steps in the networks of the future.
What will you learn during your internship with us?
During the internship you will collaborate in development tasks, automation, documentation, etc... that will allow you to identify which areas are most attractive to you.
Training and skills you will need to develop this internship
We are looking for a restless and open-minded profile who likes challenges and problem solving. Someone who finds it easy to learn, who is not afraid to go out of the comfort zone regularly, who is a good team player and who can work autonomously. Ideally, someone with basic knowledge in development, operations, security and mobile networks.
