At Video Innovation we focus on applying new technologies to the video platform, to generate efficiencies and/or deliver value to our customers. Our mission is to make use of emerging technologies such as AI, to find possible use cases that improve the experience of our customers on the video platform, or facilitate the work of all the people who work behind and make the platform work.

We are a multidisciplinary and distributed team. This means that we bet a lot on remote and flexible work, but this is not an impediment for all of us to work as a single perfectly lubricated gear. Here you will find young people, willing to help you in your first steps, people to share ideas with and, above all, people to learn from. We are organized in independent squads that work as a guerrilla in each of the verticals of the unit. These squads are fluid, so you will always have the opportunity to go through each of the projects we have in hand. As we know that flexible and remote work can sometimes be tough, our meeting policy is minimal and very, very open. That is, if at any time you need to talk to someone to solve a question, just ask; any member of the team will be willing to make a video call at that moment, because yes, for us to see your face is important, so remember: the camera is always on!

We are looking for people who are eager to learn, to give 200% every day and who are not afraid of challenges. On many occasions, our team has to face situations of uncertainty, of low control over the technology used, but... this is innovation, and it's really fun! Our only requirement is that you keep up with us: you have to be proactive; if you don't understand something, ask, look for information, use ChatGPT, but we never sit idle. We don't have the solution to every problem, but we are experts in finding the right path to the solution. Will you join the team?
