Description of the team offering the internship

In the Digital Growth area, we are in charge of the commercial dynamization and go-to-market of the digital projects and businesses of Telefónica Innovación Digital, defining strategies and executing performance marketing actions: from digital advertising to CRO dynamics, SEO or marketing automation, among many others

What will you learn during your internship with us?

As part of the Digital Growth team, you will be part of our growth dynamics, which include the definition and execution of digital marketing actions of all kinds; especially the execution of CRO actions to maximize the effectiveness of our sales channels, improve the SEO positioning of our websites, and ASO in the case of our mobile apps. If you are passionate about data, optimization and digital strategies, this is your opportunity to grow professionally in one of the largest companies in the technology sector. These will be your main tasks to perform: - CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): o Analyze user behavior on our websites and platforms with tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. o Identify areas of improvement in the conversion funnel and propose A/B experiments. o Collaborate in the implementation of changes to optimize conversion rates in different digital properties. o Measure and report the results of the implemented optimizations. - SEO (Search Engine Optimization): o Collaborate in the optimization of our digital products to improve their positioning in search engines. o Perform keyword analysis and search trends relevant to our products and services. o Participate in SEO audits to detect technical and content opportunities. o Support in link building strategy. - ASO (App Store Optimization): o Optimize app listings on Google Play and App Store to improve their visibility and conversion. o Analyze competitors and app market trends. o Support visual asset optimization (screenshots, promotional videos, etc.). o Perform performance tracking using tools such as Appfollow

Training and skills you will need to develop this internship

- Education and Skills: o Final year student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Engineering, Economics or related areas. o Basic knowledge in SEO, CRO and/or ASO (previous courses or projects will be valued). o Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, AB Testing Tools, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and ASO platforms such as Appfollow. - Skills: o Analytical and results-oriented mindset. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on objectives. o Communication skills to present ideas and conclusions. o Proactivity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
