Through this internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of the design process, from research to implementation, training alongside designers, developers and product teams. This fellowship is a great opportunity to explore different disciplines within digital product design, including UX/UI Design, UX Research, Service Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, Product Strategy and UX Writing.

Your role in the team: Support in the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, benchmarks, data analysis) to understand user persona needs. Help to synthesize key insights and define design problems to be solved, contributing to the elaboration of user personas, journey maps... Participate in co-creation and ideation sessions with other teams to generate innovative solutions. Design wireframes and low and high fidelity prototypes to visualize concepts. Support in defining interactions and building interactive prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch. Prepare usability testings, documenting findings and helping to iterate solutions. Refine designs based on feedback and ensure technical feasibility before implementation. Collaborate closely with the Development team, ensuring designs are feasible and implemented in a manner aligned with the product vision. Document and utilize components in design systems, facilitating communication with the technical team. Track releases, analyze usage metrics and identify opportunities for improvement after implementation.

Students or recent graduates in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or related disciplines with UX/UI Product Design. Basic knowledge in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Interest in user research, usability and digital behavior. Communication and teamwork skills. Creative and decisive mentality, willing to learn new methodologies. Ability to work in a team with multidisciplinary profiles (design, development, business).
