In Smart WiFi our priority and obsession is to bring our users the connectivity of their homes in a simple way, so that they feel like owners of it, and that they can control it, customize it and get the most out of it without the need to be technological experts. To achieve this, we are continuously evolving the functionalities of the service in the different channels where the service is available. Like the rest of the team, the day to day will be based on performing the tasks that have been prioritized at the beginning of the week based on the needs of the project, synchronizing with the tutor on demand, and sharing with the whole team the progress achieved at the end of the week. The focus of the candidate's tasks will be the participation in all user experience design (UX) processes, as well as interface design (UI) of the service, coordinating with various global and local areas in the initial proposal, as well as presenting the final design to be taken to production in mobile applications. Regarding the candidate's contribution to the training, we work in a team with agile methodology, with constant interaction between the different teams involved in the project: software developers, devops teams, product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, delivery managers, and product, and global and local areas of communication (digital marketing). Therefore, you will be involved in a strategic project of the company, understanding all the phases of producing a mobile application.

The design of user experiences and intuitive usability are key elements in the evolution of digital services, to adequately convey to our audience the functionalities we offer. Among the skills we are looking for in the profile, we highlight: Basic knowledge in UX/UI design 2: - Familiarity with the concepts of user experience (UX) and interface design (UI). - Understanding of the importance of usability and intuitive interaction. 2. Initial technical skills: - Basic command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD. - Knowledge in prototyping and responsive design. 3. Creativity and critical thinking: - Ability to propose creative solutions to design problems. - User-oriented thinking and empathy to understand their needs. 4. Learning and motivation: - Interest in learning, attention to detail and improving in the UX/UI area. - Proactive attitude, organization, and willingness to work in a team. This is an opportunity for beginners looking to develop their UX/UI skills through the fellowship. Motivation and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience. Additionally, basic knowledge of video editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, etc. will be an asset.
