A speedmentoring session is a fun and enjoyable way to share.
We know how difficult it is for young women to make future decisions, take their first steps, enter the labour market... a lot of doubts.
How does it develop?
From #GirlsLoveTech Telefónica, we develop this activity, between students and expert mentors and professionals from the company.
We organise 10-minute meetings to connect, meet, share and network.
The mentors provide recommendations, inspiration and very close life experiences.
It is a very dynamic activity, where magic happens and helps to guide the next steps to enter the labour market, define the career path, and even to relieve tension at the time of choosing studies and training.
Who participates?
Students from all STEAM disciplines, science, technology, engineering, mathematics and humanities.
