In our team we develop the SW that runs embedded in the TV decoders that our customers have in their homes.
What will you learn during your internship with us?
In this internship you will learn to develop new functionalities with high impact on our customers. You will be integrated into a team of engineers who seek to make very efficient developments based on their own code and third party code.
Training and skills you will need to develop this internship
If you like programming in C and C++ in a "hostile" environment (with low performance processors and very little RAM), this is your scholarship. In our team you will be able to learn how to develop the SW of Telefónica's STBs. It is a SW that has a great impact on the users since it is the one that runs in the device that Telefónica installs in their homes so that our customers have a good entertainment service. It is about making efficient implementations that provide a good user experience, taking into account that the MW is a mix of Telefónica's SW, Open Source, and Partners' SW (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Disney+...).
