From the Digital Contact Center product team at Aura we work on everything that has to do with evolving the conversational capabilities of customer support supported by Artificial Intelligence (natural language recognition/generation, product catalog knowledge management and personalization through AI, evolution of conversational framework ...). You will be part of the product team. You will help us to investigate everything related to the world of AI in the Digital Contact Center environment and you will apply your knowledge to develop prototypes that will allow us to explore small AI solutions that facilitate the access of Telefónica's operational units to this type of technology. Your technical vision will help us, as a product team, to think about future solutions while having direct contact with expert technical teams in the development of conversational use cases. - Communication skills. - Be a proactive and collaborative person. - Ability to high-level analysis of existing technologies, comparison and orderly synthesis of conclusions. - Knowledge of frameworks for building virtual assistants (bot frameworks, agentic frameworks, conversational AI low code frameworks.... ) - Ability to use LLMs - Full Stack capabilities (knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as frameworks and libraries like React, Angular...) - Python programming knowledge, contact and interest in ML models, especially NLP (we value both classical techniques and the use of LLMs). - Spoken/written English We will value the candidate considering everything as a whole.
